Parents and guardians are expected not to visit their ward during school hours. They may see them on Sunday or holidays. Parents are requested not to visit the house or come to school after 7:30 p.m. to meet the housemaster, headmaster, or principal. No leave will be granted and parents not allowed to meet their wards after 7:30 p.m.

4. The parents or guardians will authorize the Principal and, through him, the staff of the school to act in lieu of their wards while they are in the school or on tours, treks, expeditions, camps, etc.
5. The parents or guardians will authorize the principal to take necessary action on their behalf in case of any emergency operation or any other such condition where their permission is needed but cannot be obtained in time.
6. The parents or guardians will agree that in the event of their child or children being withdrawn during the course of that year, whatever the reason, the full fees laid down by the school for the whole year will be paid by them.
7. Smoking, use of alcoholic drinks or drugs, and leaving school or station without permission are strictly prohibited. Students involved in any such or similar activities will be expelled from school.
8. The principal is fully empowered to remove a student from school if, in his opinion, the student has failed to accept the discipline of the school, his continued presence is detrimental to the school, or the student fails to meet the academic standard of his or her class, and detention in the same class would make the student too old for his class.
9. All parents will sign an agreement with the school at the time when their son or ward joins the school.
10. Unnecessary running around and shouting in the school area is not allowed. Shouting in the corridors is not permitted.

Students are not allowed to go home during the school term except in a few cases as mentioned below:
1. Students may be allowed a maximum leave of three days for the wedding of their brother or sister. This leave will not be granted during examination days or during a camp.
2. Leave may be granted for some particular treatment of the student, provided the Mo/Chief Medical Officer recommends it.
3. Leave may be granted for some particular treatment of the student, provided the Mo/Chief Medical Officer recommends it. If a student is detained due to an illness, a medical certificate should accompany his application.
4. For all leave, a written request should be made to the principal. No leave shall be granted on a student's request, and no leave shall be granted on a request made through email or fax!
5. Leave shall be considered only when the parent makes an application. Parents should not know the date and time when the student is to return after leave. If a student does not return by the due date, his name will be struck off the school rolls, and he may not be accepted back. The same rules apply for returning late after a summer or winter vacation. A fine of Rs. 25 per day shall be imposed for latecomers.

A boy or girl may be expelled for offenses that are likely to impair the discipline of the school or for repeated misconduct and disregard for school rules. Parents and guardians may also be asked to withdraw their son if his academic performance continues to be very poor. The decision of the school disciplinary committee headed by the principal in all such cases will be final.
